Employer or company name, work location, role, approximate headcount, talent-source preference, contact details and any notes you choose to provide.
Basic technical data
The hosting system may record access time, requested page, device and network logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
Purposes
To respond, assess a possible route, prepare communications or a quote, maintain records, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passport, health, identity-document or other sensitive candidate data in the first-contact form. If later required, we will explain the purpose and transfer method separately.
RETENTION & SHARING
Retention, service providers and cross-border handling
Retention
Ordinary enquiries that do not become a project are generally retained for 24 months after the last substantive contact. Project, contract or legal-obligation records are retained as required for delivery, disputes and applicable law, then deleted or anonymised.
Service providers
Hosting, business email and necessary IT providers may process information only within their instructed service scope.
Project sharing
Necessary information is shared with a recruitment, employment or local service operation only when authorised and needed for the project. A first enquiry is not automatically sent overseas.
Cross-border transfer
Before transferring personal information overseas for a project, we will explain the recipient, purpose, data categories and rights channel and obtain the authorisation required by applicable rules.
